NEUTRAL NAMAD FELTS

Designs thousands of years old. From the beginning of time until their recent disappearance a few decades ago, Central Asian nomads always used felt for its insulating properties and lightness in transportation. It was a fundamental element inside the yurt and would sometime protect the entrance. Coming from Sistan, an inaccessible region between Iran and Afghanistan, the Namad felts have traversed the ages with their decoration of remote symbols unchanged. Their extraordinary modernity is due to a total absence of contact with the decorative motifs typical of urban cultures.
